WHO ELSE DOES THIS?

Hi, to anyone out there. I work at the Vet Center in Springfield, IL, about six blocks from Abraham Lincoln's Springfield home. Vet Centers are connected to the federal Dept. of Veterans Affairs and are only authorized to counsel military combat vets and their immediate families.
